My challenge was to be more of a driving force in expressing and defining my expectations. Coaching has allowed me to take the time to 'listen' to my image I project: reflect on what others feel - it is certainly one truth among others. It is my teams truth anyway -, and then ask myself what I could do, little things sometimes, to have a positive influence... And try to make their truth match mine! Last year, shortly after these sessions, my company launched a major employee engagement survey. My teams' results, while not outstanding, came out higher than the company average: coaching has undoubtedly contributed to this<\/h3>

My challenge was to put my needs first and state my ambitions. After just a few coaching sessions, I felt that I was maturing.
