Au pr\u00e9alable elle a exerc\u00e9 le m\u00e9tier du conseil en management au sein des cabinets\u00a0 Arthur D. Little puis Cap Gemini jusqu\u2019en 2006, avant de rejoindre le cabinet Hudson dans leurs \u00e9quipes de gestion des talents. Entre 2011 et 2016, elle a pris la fonction de Directrice du d\u00e9veloppement et diversit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019OCDE.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
