Corinne Ley Charles has been working as a Professional Coach since 2008 and has coached hundreds of talents, entrepreneurs, and executives.
She founded Momentum to inspire people and organisations to achieve results by developing their emotional (@Genos International), social and relational (ORSC program) intelligence, and by accompanying them to develop an effective leadership inspired by the living. Her origins at the crossroads of Anglo-Saxon and Mediterranean culture, her repeated experiences of expatriation and repatriation, lead her to accompany people and teams, in search of a new identity, to set up a new ambition by accepting new responsibilities, changing structures and forming alliances with new partners or teams.
Corinne Ley Charles has been a reference coach for ESSEC Executive Education and ESSEC MANNHEIM EMBA since 2016.Master Practitioner in Emotional Intelligence at Genos International since 2016, she has been selected to speak within the French-speaking community of ICF Synergie on the theme of Emotional Intelligence: An Asset of Leadership.
She previously worked as a management consultant for Arthur D. Little and Cap Gemini until 2006, before joining Hudson in their talent management teams. Between 2011 and 2016, she was Director of Development and Diversity at the OECD.
She holds a DESS in Corporate Finance from the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas and a Master’s degree in Management Sciences from the Sorbonne University.
